So, back in early April I pondered the question of moving Segura up to second in the batting lineup and asked if he’d get a .300 batting average.
LOOK AT HIM NOW!
say what!
When I first read about this event I was appalled. Who the fuck honestly wants to go to a ballgame and do their makeup? This is an opportunity for women to get to know the ins and outs of baseball, do some catching and throwing, and instead they’re sending women to a salon at Miller Park? Thanks for reenforcing the stereotype that women don’t like sports for the sake of the game nor do they understand it. Anyone who actually wants to go to this should forfeit their seat and give it to someone who desires to see people hitting, running, and catching.
I played catch last night on the beach with some friends for the first time in GOD KNOWS HOW LONG.
I am super sunburned and really sore. I am so out of shape but I really enjoyed doing it. I’m better at catching than I thought I’d be, haha.
Also, I’ve been asked to keep score for my friends’ softball team. I feel honored. They said they may even ask me to play. HA! Hold on there, I may know the rules of the game and such but that doesn’t mean I can sac fly or throw curve balls.
Back at Miller Park for Norichika Aoki’s bobblehead day.

Yay! Congrats to Jean Segura on his first major league home run against Wade Miley on April 5th, 2013.
Watching Kyle Lohse’s first outing as a Brewer and he’s struck out five guys already. We’re starting the third inning now.
Still can’t get over that hair.
Good lord does he resemble Joseph Gordon-Levitt with that haircut.
