I've been a season ticket holder since 2009, and was fortunate enough to see them play in the 2011 National League Championship and Division Series! I am by no means a professional sportswriter.     Videopening Day Countdown #3: Ryan Braun’s NL MVP Acceptance Speech

    On January 21, Ryan Braun accepted his NL MVP award at the BBWAA dinner. Everyone wondered what his speech would be like considering his impending suspension and the fact that he had stated his case in an appeal two days prior. Sources say that it was one of the best speeches he could give considering his current circumstances. He received much applauding and a standing ovation.

    Look at your 2011 NL MVP. There he is. Ryan Braun, ladies and gentleman. I hope I see you sooner than May 31st.
